As an Instructional Designer, I'm passionate about creating meaningful, learner-centered experiences that promote long-term retention and practical application through scenario-based learning, real-world tasks, and interactive design. I offer a full suite of instructional design services tailored to meet the specific needs of organizations and learners. These include conducting needs and learner analyses, developing design documents and storyboards, and designing engaging, learner-centered content for eLearning, microlearning, instructor-led training (ILT), and virtual instructor-led training (vILT). My approach is grounded in adult learning theory and models like ADDIE and SAM, ensuring each project is methodical, collaborative, and impactful.

My technical skill set includes proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360, where I design immersive eLearning courses featuring branching scenarios, tabbed interactions, marker blocks, and accessible layouts. I’m also experienced with Canva for visually polished job aids and learning materials. Additionally, I use Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Zoom to streamline communication and collaboration with stakeholders. Fueled by a love of learning and a constant drive to explore new tools, trends, and technologies, I deliver high-quality learning solutions that align with performance goals and learner needs.

When I’m not designing learning experiences, I enjoy spending time with family and friends—usually while cheering on my kids or local teams from the sidelines—or enjoying quiet moments fishing, reading, or walking our two Labs. I’m a proud sports and dog mom and value balance, connection, and bringing positive energy to those around me—in every part of life.
